I love to overcome fears and go behind our own limits. In this sport, you must train to be the most complete athlete as possible.

Indeed, your running, strength, technique, courage must be at their top to be able to succeed and be better than your yesterday.

The fact to compete in such an outdoor environment is so powerful that you can feel the essence of the nature!

My favorite outdoor landscape is when races are taking place in the mountains and that you must also cross rivers.
